21 October 2020 Results of Meeting - Vital Limited At Vital Limited's shareholder meeting, held 21 October 2020 at 4pm, shareholders were asked to vote on 4 resolutions, which were supported by the Board. As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll. The resolutions passed by shareholders were: o That Susan Freeman-Green, who retires and is eligible for election, be re-elected as a director of the Company; o That James Sclater, who retires and is eligible for election, be re-elected as a director of the Company; o That Rod Snodgrass be elected as a director of the Company; and o That the Directors be authorised to fix the fees and expenses of the Auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 30 June 2021.
