Pushpay announces Director resignation Auckland, New Zealand | Redmond, Washington; Colorado Springs, Colorado, US - 4 November 2020 (NZT) Pushpay Holdings Limited (NZSX:PPH, ASX:PPH, 'Pushpay' or 'the Company') announces that the Board has accepted the resignation of Peter Huljich as a Director of the Company, effective 31 December 2020. Peter's Alternate, Christopher Huljich, will also cease to hold office from that date. Pushpay's Chairman, Graham Shaw, "On behalf of the Board and management I would like to sincerely thank Peter and Christopher for their invaluable contribution and commitment to Pushpay over the past seven years. The Huljich family has been immensely supportive of the business since their initial investment in 2013, participating in many of the Company's subsequent capital raising rounds and providing a funding line at an early stage.
