Pushpay announces Director resignation Auckland, New Zealand | Redmond, Washington; Colorado Springs, Colorado, US - 4 November 2020 (NZT) Pushpay Holdings Limited (NZSX:PPH, ASX:PPH, 'Pushpay' or 'the Company') announces that the Board has accepted the resignation of Peter Huljich as a Director of the Company, effective 31 December 2020. Peter's Alternate, Christopher Huljich, will also cease to hold office from that date.
