Update: EMF Distribution Notice and Taxable Bonus Issue Notice Smartshares Limited, the manager of the Smartshares Exchange Traded Funds, attaches an updated Distribution Notice in respect of the taxable bonus issue and unit cancellation. The notice replaces the notice attached to the 23 November 2020 announcement. The attached notice states the financial product name/description as the Smartshares Emerging Markets ETF and the NZX ticker code as EMF.
