David has significant executive and governance experience gained in entities of substance in the public and private sectors. His previous roles included leading the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment and the Ministry of Economic Development. David will bring many skills to the Board including strategy development, commercial and financial analysis, regulatory compliance and risk management.
