JLG completes the acquisition of business of About Health

Just Life Group Limited (NZX: JLG) is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of About Health today. JLG is now well advanced in its growth strategy in the 'healthy living' and 'healthy homes' market segments. In the current financial year JLG has completed the acquisition of 100% of the business of The Cylinder Guy (www.cylinderguy.co.nz), of 60% of the shares in Designer Tanks Limited (www.designertanks.co.nz) and now 100% of the business of About Health (www.abouthealth.co.nz).
