Senior manager changes

On 12 April 2021, ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited (ANZB) announced that Craig Mulholland, the Managing Director of Wealth and Private Bank, would be leaving ANZB at the end of June 2021. From 1 July 2021, Stewart Taylor, ANZB's Chief Financial Officer, will be the Acting Managing Director Funds Management until a permanent appointment is made for the role. Amanda Owen, ANZB's Head of Finance, will be ANZB's Acting Chief Financial Officer for the period that Mr Taylor is in the Acting Managing Director Funds Management role. ANZB today also announced today that it is intended that Keren Roberts, General Manager, Strategic Execution, will commence reporting directly to the ANZB Chief Executive Officer; this change is subject to a non-objection from The Reserve Bank of New Zealand.
