Notice of Meeting for Annual Shareholder Meeting

Trustpower is please to release its Notice of Meeting and Proxy Form for the Annual Shareholder Meeting to be held at 1.00pm on 22 September 2021. At this meeting Shareholders will be asked to consider the proposed sale of Trustpower's mass market retail business to Mercury. There is detailed commentary on this transaction in the Notice of Meeting. Trustpower is actively monitoring the current Covid lockdown situation. At this stage it appears likely that the meeting will need to be virtual only. A further update will be provided closer to the time when more information is available.
