Market Release | 27 August 2021 Auckland Airport annual meeting and nomination of directors Auckland International Airport Limited advises that the company's 2021 annual meeting will be held virtually at 10.00am on 21 October 2021. Instructions for Annual Meeting virtual attendance The annual meeting will be broadcast live on the internet via webcast link. To access the webcast link, go to www.virtualmeeting.co.nz/aia21 and follow the instructions. You will need your shareholder number found on your proxy form, for verification purposes. Shareholders can submit questions ahead of time by completing the question box at the end of the proxy form. Shareholders who join the virtual meeting will be able to vote and ask questions during the meeting. Director nominations The closing date for nominations by shareholders of directors to be considered for election at the annual meeting is 10 September 2021. Nominations must be addressed to the Company Secretary and received by 5.00pm on 10 September 2021.
