Plexure welcomes new CFO and CTO to executive leadership team Plexure Group Limited (Plexure) is pleased to announce two new members have joined its executive leadership team, marking another phase of growth for the business. Following the announcement on 5 July of the appointment of Andre Gaylard as Chief Financial Officer, it is delighted to announce he commenced his role on 1 September. Andre Gaylard brings a wealth of strategic, senior financial and commercial experience. He spent a decade as CFO for a number of listed companies in New Zealand, and comes to Plexure from his most recent role as General Manager Future Generation at Genesis Energy which saw him spearhead Genesis's path towards a renewable future. Gaylard has worked in a diverse range of industries, spanning financial services, FMCG, oil & gas and energy, both in New Zealand and internationally. His experience in strategy development and execution, alongside commercial negotiations, has made him a valuable addition to Plexure, where he will oversee all financial actions for the dual-listed company. Plexure also welcomes Russ Bennett as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who joins the team following his previous role as CEO at Fraedom, where he oversaw more than 450 staff and led the company's global business strategies. Prior to becoming CEO, he was the CTO and Head of Global Consulting during Fraedom's significant growth period. Bennett has over 20-years' experience in the technology, payments and fintech space. credentials which make him an ideal fit to assist Plexure power its future growth strategy. Bennett will be starting his position as CTO from today, 6 September.
