2021 Annual Meeting and Directors Nominations

Napier Port Holdings Limited (NZX.NPH) advises that the company's 2021 Annual Shareholders Meeting will be held at 10.30am on Friday 17 December 2021. In light of current public health and safety concerns, the annual meeting will be conducted as a virtual meeting. Shareholders will only be able to participate virtually through an online portal. Registration details to attend the virtual Annual Shareholders Meeting will be provided in our future Notice of Meeting. Napier Port Holdings Limited also advises the closing date for nominations by shareholders of directors to be considered for election at the annual meeting is Thursday 11 November 2021.
