Negotiations with Refining NZ

Z Energy (NZX / ASX: ZEL) ("Z") notes the market announcement from New Zealand Refining (NZX: NZR) this morning on the status of the negotiations of the Terminal Services Agreement (TSA) with its customers. The last significant step ahead of the Refinery's final investment decision on import terminal conversion. David Binnie, GM Supply for Z Energy said, "Substantial progress has already been made on the TSA negotiations and Z is committed to concluding the negotiations as quickly as possible.
