NZDX Announcement For release: 25 November 2021 ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited (ANZ) Capital Notes interest rate set notice ANZ advises that the interest rate on the $500 million of mandatory convertible perpetual subordinated securities with NZX ticker code ANBHB (Capital Notes) has been set at 4.30% per annum for the period from (and including) Thursday, 25 November 2021 until (but excluding) Friday, 31 December 2021, the date the Capital Notes will be redeemed. This interest rate equals the 3-month bank bill rate on Thursday, 25 November 2021 (the first day of the current interest period) plus the margin of 3.50% per annum, calculated in accordance with the deed poll for the Capital Notes dated 23 February 2015 as amended and restated on 26 June 2019.
