Interest Rate Set

Investore Property Limited (Investore) has announced that following a successful bookbuild for its offer of 5 year senior secured fixed rate bonds (Bonds), the offer has closed and $125,000,000 million of Bonds will be issued under the offer. The interest rate has been set at 4.00% per annum, which reflects a margin of 1.15% per annum over the underlying 5 year swap rate. The Bonds will be issued on 25 February 2022 and will mature on 25 February 2027. The Bonds are expected to be quoted on the NZX Debt Market on 28 February 2022 under the ticker code IPL030. All of the Bonds have been allocated to intermediaries for distribution to their clients and there is no public pool available. An updated terms sheet will be released shortly.
