Genesis reactivates Dividend Reinvestment Plan

Genesis reactivates Dividend Reinvestment Plan Genesis Energy Limited (Genesis) advises that the previously suspended Genesis Dividend Reinvestment Plan (Plan) has been reactivated. The Plan Offer Document and Participation Form are attached. Existing shareholders that previously opted into the Plan will remain enrolled for the purposes of the reactivated Plan unless they terminate their participation by written notice to that effect to Computershare online or by completing a Cancellation Form (available online or from Computershare upon request). Eligible shareholders, who were not previously enrolled but who wish to participate in the Plan in respect of the HY2022 interim dividend, will need to make an election to opt into the Plan by visiting the website of Genesis' Registrar, Computershare Investor Services (www.investorcentre.com/nz) before 5pm on 21 March 2022. Shareholders who elect to participate will receive shares instead of cash at a 2.5% discount to the average market price over a five-day period ending on 23 March 2022.
