Sale of Booster Innovation Fund units on NZX

02/03/2022, 08:30 NZDT, GENERAL

It is anticipated that there will be interest from prospective investors to purchase units in the Booster Innovation Fund (BIF) following its debut on the NZX on 2 March 2022. As most existing investors in the Fund have acquired their units relatively recently (following the initial registration of the public offer in November 2021), we expect initial buyer demand to exceed sellers. While applications for subscription for units in BIF can be made directly to the manager - see https://www.booster.co.nz/booster-investments/booster-innovation-fund.aspx, the parent company of the investment manager, which holds an interest in the Fund, has confirmed it will offer 166,000 units on the NZX Main Board at the Fund's net asset value. These units will be available on the morning of 2 March 2022 and will help satisfy the initial demand from buyers on the NZX, and assist more investors to own units in the BIF. About Booster Booster Investment Management Limited (Booster) is the manager and issuer of the Fund, and part of the Booster Group which has been helping New Zealanders save since 1998. The group currently administers superannuation and investment funds of over $5 billion on behalf of more than 170,000 New Zealanders.
