The final dividend is scheduled for payment in May 2022 subject to shareholder approval. The Directors of the Company have therefore resolved that a final dividend of 3.80 pence per ordinary share be paid in respect of the year ended 31 December 2021 on 10 May 2022 to shareholders registered at the close of business on 8 April 2022.
