GMT Bond Issuer Green Bond Offer – Books Closed

Following the bookbuild process for its offer ("Offer") of 5 year fixed rate, senior secured green bonds ("Green Bonds"), GMT Bond Issuer Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of Goodman Property Trust) confirmed today that the Offer has closed and NZ$150 million has been allocated to participants in the bookbuild process. This includes oversubscriptions of NZ$50 million. The margin for the Green Bonds has been set at 1.10% per annum and the interest rate will be announced later today, along with the release of the final terms sheet.
