Mai Chen to retire from the BNZ Board

Bank of New Zealand (BNZ) announced today that Mai Chen is retiring as a director of BNZ, effective 21 April 2022. Ms Chen has been a member of the BNZ Board since April 2015 and the Chair of the BNZ Board People and Remuneration Committee since August 2016.
