Genesis Energy Green Capital Bond Offer - books closed Following a successful bookbuild process for its green capital bond offer, Genesis Energy Limited confirmed today that the offer has closed and NZ$285,000,000 of green capital bonds (Capital Bonds) have been allocated to the participants (or their clients) in the bookbuild process. This includes oversubscriptions of NZ$60,000,000. There was no public pool for the offer. The margin for the Capital Bonds has been set at 1.75% per annum. The Interest Rate for the Capital Bonds to the First Reset Date (9 June 2027) will be announced later today along with the release of the final terms sheet.
