BNZ fixed rate notes offer closes

Exchange announcement 1 June 2022 BNZ fixed rate notes offer closes Bank of New Zealand (BNZ) confirmed today that the issue size for the offer of a new series of unsecured unsubordinated fixed rate notes maturing on 7 June 2027 (Notes) has been set at NZ$650,000,000. The margin for the Notes has been set at 1.05% per annum. All of the Notes have been allocated to intermediaries for distribution to their clients and there will be no public pool available. The Notes will be issued on 7 June 2022. The Notes are expected to be quoted on the NZX Debt Market under the ticker code BNZ160.
