BIF - Adjustment of Units 4 July 2022 Pursuant to Rule 3.13.2 of the Main Board Listing Rule, Booster Investment Management Limited, in its capacity as manager of the Booster Innovation Fund ('Fund' or NZX:BIF), confirms it has cancelled 5,158 ordinary units in the Fund at $0.0000 per unit effective 30 June 2022 (the number of units allotted is confirmed 2 business days later on completion of the unit pricing process). This unit cancellation is to correct the number of units previously issued by the fund to a small number of unitholders at an incorrect unit price. The correction is not considered to be material information for the purposes of continuous disclosure.
