Plexure Group Issues Employee Share Options

Plexure Group Limited (PX1) are today issuing 1,056,108 share options to senior managers. The share options are issued under the company's Employee Share Option Scheme (ESOS). Options vest in three equal tranches on the 12, 24 and 36 month anniversary of the grant date and upon exercise participants can elect to pay the exercise price or the cashless exercise as set out in the scheme rules. The exercise price is 18.18 cents per share, being a 50% discount on the 20-day volume weighted average price (VWAP) as at 11 August 2022 of 36.36 cents per share.
