Resignation of Chair

Christchurch City Holdings Ltd (CCHL) (NZX:CCH) wishes to advise that Jeremy Smith has resigned from his position as Director and Chair, effective 3 October 2022, as with borders re-opened his business travel requirements no longer enable him to meet the commitments required of the role. Jeremy joined the CCHL Board in August 2016. The Board wishes to thank Jeremy for his extensive commercial and governance contribution during his tenure.
