CEO Resignation

With agreement from the Board of Christchurch City Holdings Limited (CCHL), chief executive Tim Boyd has announced his resignation today, effective 6 December 2022. It has become apparent that Tim and the Board of CCHL have differences of opinion. The CCHL Board wishes him all the best in his future endeavours. An independent recruitment process for the role of chief executive will commence shortly, with a new appointment announced in due course. Paul Silk will be Acting CEO in the interim.
