AMENDED: Transaction own shares

The following amendments have been made to the 'Transaction in Own Shares' announcement released on 13/09/2022 at 08:30:32AM. Following the above transaction, the Company holds 43,207,598 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 518,611,418 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares). Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is now 518,611,418. The above figure (518,611,418) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
