For the purposes of Listing Rules 3.13.1 and 3.15.2 of the NZX Listing Rules, Plexure Group Limited (PX1) advises that it has issued new shares under its Restricted Share Units (RSUs) Scheme. PX1 has issued 1,219,434 ordinary shares for Nil consideration as per the terms of the RSUs. The total number of fully paid ordinary shares after the issue are 354,801,813. The are a further 5,849,548 share options, 19,986,033 deferred share rights and 2,600,265 restricted share units issued.
