Media Release/NZDX Announcement For release: 18 October 2022 Mark Tume appointed to ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited Board Mark Tume will join the Board of ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited (ANZB) with effect from 1 January 2023, subject to a non-objection from the Reserve Bank of New Zealand. Mr Tume is a director of Infratil, RetireAustralia Pty, Precinct Properties and Chair of Te Atiawa Iwi Holdings. Mr Tume's professional experience has been in banking and funds management. Over the past 20 years, he has held governance positions in Australia and New Zealand, predominantly in the infrastructure sector.
