BNZ fixed rate notes offer closes

Exchange Announcement 18 November 2022 BNZ fixed rate notes offer closes Bank of New Zealand (BNZ) confirmed today that the issue size for the offer of a new series of unsecured unsubordinated fixed rate notes maturing on 25 May 2028 (Notes) has been set at NZ$600,000,000. The margin for the Notes has been set at 1.10% per annum. All of the Notes have been allocated to intermediaries for distribution to their clients and there will be no public pool available. The Notes will be issued on 25 November 2022. The Notes are expected to be quoted on the NZX Debt Market under the ticker code BNZ170.
