EROAD appoints new Chief Financial Officer

Transportation technology services company EROAD (ASX/NZX: ERD), with its purpose of safer and more sustainable roads, today announced the appointment of Margaret Warrington as Chief Financial Officer, effective 1 December 2022. Margaret joined EROAD in September 2020 as Group Financial Controller and has been in the acting as Chief Financial Officer role since May 2022. Speaking about the appointment, EROAD CEO Mark Heine says, "We are delighted to appoint Margaret into the permanent Chief Financial Officer role. She is an experienced finance leader and since stepping into the interim CFO role has been pivotal in embedding a culture focused on profitable growth. Her expertise will complement EROAD's strategic direction and reposition EROAD for a changing environment." Margaret has held senior financial roles at Summerset Group Holdings Limited, Statistics NZ, Housing New Zealand, and Inland Revenue. She is a qualified accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce from Victoria University, and is also Chair of national charity, Good Bitches Baking, comprising almost 3,000 volunteers.
