Greenfern Industries Limited Market Update

On the 26th of August 2022, Greenfern Industries announced to the market that it had entered into a non-binding term sheet with related party Cannvalate Pty Ltd which would see a series of transactions evaluated and a formal agreement to be entered into by the closing date of November 30th, 2022. Both parties now wish to advise that due to ongoing evaluations the timeframe of 30th November 2022 has not been met and have subsequently agreed to extend this closing date by six months to the 30th of May 2023 to allow further time to agree on a formal contract.
