Resignation of Director

In accordance with the Christchurch City Holdings Ltd (CCHL) constitution, and following the 2022 local body triennial election, Sara Templeton has automatically retired from her position as Councillor Director of CCHL, effective 8 January 2023. The Board wishes to thank Sara for her governance contribution during her three years on the Board. An announcement regarding the appointment of Councillor Directors (elected members) to the CCHL Board will be made once the appointment process has been completed in February 2023.
