Resignation of Director

Christchurch City Holdings Ltd (CCHL) (NZX:CCH) wishes to advise that following the announcement on 8 September 2022 where Andrew Turner was requested to remain on the CCHL Board as an Independent Director to assist with the transition following the Local Government elections, Andrew has retired from his position as Director of CCHL, effective 1 February 2023.
