ANZ bond offer – interest rate set

NZDX Announcement For release: 9 February 2023 ANZ bond offer - interest rate set ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited (ANZ) confirmed today that the interest rate for its offer of NZ$500 million unsecured unsubordinated fixed rate bonds maturing 16 February 2028 (Bonds) has been set at 5.22% per annum. The Bonds are expected to be issued on 16 February 2023 and quoted on the NZX Debt Market under the ticker code ANB180.
