Under the Offer, Eligible Retail Shareholders are being invited to subscribe for New Shares, at an Offer Price of $5.00 per share. The Offer is open to Eligible Shareholders and Eligible Purchasers of Entitlements in New Zealand, Australia and a limited number of other jurisdictions. Trading in RYMRA will be on a normal settlement basis from Friday, 24 February until the last date of Retail Entitlement trading on Tuesday, 28 February 2023.
