Change to Heartland half year results announcement date

NZX/ASX release 20 February 2023 Change to Heartland half year results announcement date Heartland Group Holdings Limited (Heartland) (NZX/ASX: HGH) advises that its financial results for the six-month period to 31 December 2022 (1H2023) will now be announced on Tuesday 28 February 2023, rather than Thursday 23 February 2023. Heartland's employees have been personally impacted by the recent severe weather events in Auckland and the upper North Island. This has affected the completion of the internal processes required to finalise Heartland's 1H2023 financial statements. The Board considers that delaying the announcement date will provide the additional time needed to complete these processes. Heartland confirms there is no change to its guidance for statutory reported NPAT for FY2023, and expects this to be within the range of $109 million to $114 million, excluding any impacts of fair value changes on equity investments held and the impact of the de-designation of derivatives.
