The trading halt is being extended pending the release of a potential further material announcement by PPH regarding the scheme of arrangement, or the start of trading on Monday 6 March 2023. For clarity, while PPH is expected to release an announcement this morning regarding the proxy votes for its pending meeting on 3 March 2023, this announcement will not end the trading halt and PPH will remain in halt, pending a potential further announcement as noted above.
