CCHL announces books closed for retail bond offer

Following the successful book build process for its bond offer, Christchurch City Holdings Limited confirmed today that the offer has closed and NZ$150,000,000 has been allocated to the participants (or their clients) in the book build process. There was no public pool for the offer. The issue margin for the fixed rate bonds has been set at 0.70% per annum and the interest rate will be announced later today, along with the release of the final terms sheet.
