BIF - Issuance of Units 6 April 2023 Pursuant to Rule 3.13.2 of the Main Board Listing Rule, Booster Investment Management Limited, in its capacity as manager of the Booster Innovation Fund ('Fund' or NZX:BIF), confirms it has issued an additional 164,126 ordinary units in the Fund at $1.4058 per unit effective 4 April 2023. This movement relates to the issuance of units by the Fund in respect of the performance fee due to the manager for the period from inception (24 August 2021) to 31 March 2023. The units are issued at the unit price as of 31 March 2023.
