Memorandum To: Market Participants From: NZX Product Operations Date: Tuesday, 11 April 2023 Subject: Auckland Real Estate Trust ("AKL") - Suspension of Trading and Delisting Message: Further to the announcement made by Auckland Real Estate Trust ("AKL") on Friday, 27 January 2023 and the unitholder meeting results announced on Tuesday, 28 February 2023, NZX Operations ("NZXO") advises that AKL will be delisting from the NZX Main Board. The final day of trading in AKL will be Friday, 14 April 2023, with AKL ordinary shares being halted and suspended at close of business that day. Subject to meeting final standard delisting conditions, AKL ordinary shares will cease to be quoted and AKL will delist from close of business on Tuesday, 18 April 2023.
