Louis Hawke to retire from the BNZ Board

Bank of New Zealand (BNZ) announced today that Louis Hawke is retiring as a director of BNZ, effective 31 July 2023. Mr Hawke joined the BNZ Board in February 2017 and has been a member of the BNZ Board NZ Regional Audit Committee, BNZ Board Risk & Compliance Committee and BNZ Board Due Diligence Committee.
