Cannasouth Limited (NZX:CBD) announces that the 2023 Annual Shareholder Meeting will be held on at 1:00 pm on Friday, 30th June 2023 at the Ruakura Conference Centre, Waikato Innovation Park, Ground Floor, SkyPoint Building, 3 Melody Lane, Hamilton East, Hamilton 3214. The Company also advises that the closing date for Director nominations is Wednesday 24th May 2023. All nominations must be received by 5.00pm on the closing date.
