London Stock Exchange Announcement F&C Investment Trust plc Appointment of a Director LEI: 213800W6B18ZHTNG7371 Information disclosed in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11(1) The Board of F&C Investment Trust plc is pleased to announce that Anuradha (Anu) Chugh will join the Board as an independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 July 2023. Ms Chugh replaces Francesca Ecsery who retired from the Board at the conclusion of the 2023 AGM. Anu is the Chief Executive of Pukka Herbs where she is responsible for governance and strategy. Anu is a Marketing professional with more than 25 years' experience in the consumer-packaged goods industry, having formerly been Managing Director of Ben & Jerry's Europe, Global Marketing Director of Unilever and Marketing Director of Pepsi Lipton International. Prior to that she held a number of senior Marketing roles at Unilever. Ms Chugh does not own any ordinary shares in the Company.
