Geneva Director resignation

Geneva Director resignation Daran Nair, an independent director of Geneva Finance Limited advises that he is leaving the board effective 31 July 23. Daran advises that, it has been a privilege and honour to serve the Geneva board for the past three years, however it is a shift in his personal priorities that have made it increasingly challenging to effectively fulfil his responsibilities as a board member and led to this decision.
