Further details of the location, time, resolutions and voting processes for the annual meeting will be set out in the Notice of Meeting to be sent to shareholders in due course. For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, Greenfern advises that the closing date for Director nominations is Monday, 14 August 2023.
