Strike Price for Shares Issued under the Just Life Group Dividend Reinvestment Plan Just Life Group Limited advises that the strike price for the shares to be issued under the dividend reinvestment plan (DRP) operating in respect of the dividend payable on the 20th September 2023 has been set at 37.1 cents ($0.371) per share. This strike price will apply in calculating the number of shares to be issued to participants who have elected to receive additional shares rather than cash. The strike price has been determined in accordance with the terms of the DRP and is calculated inclusive of a 2.5% discount to the volume weighted average sale price on all price-setting trades on NZX for the ten-trading day period from 30th August 2023 to the 12th September 2023 inclusive.
