THERE FOLLOWS A CORRECTION TO YESTERDAY'S ANNOUNCEMENT WHICH SHOWED THE INFORMATION FOR THE FIRST INTERIM DIVIDEND IN ERROR LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT F&C INVESTMENT TRUST PLC SECOND INTERIM DIVIDEND FOR 2023 LEI: 213800W6B18ZHTNG7371 Information disclosed in accordance with DTR 6.1.13 The Directors of the Company have resolved that the second interim dividend for the year ending 31 December 2023 will be a payment of 3.40 pence per ordinary share (2022: 3.20 pence per share). The dividend will be paid on 1 November 2023 to shareholders registered at the close of business on 6 October 2023. The ex-dividend date will be 5 October 2023. Please note this payment will include a Dividend Re-investment Plan facility, for which the election date will be 13 October 2023.
