CCHL 2023 ANNUAL SUSTAINABLE FINANCE REPORT

Christchurch City Holdings Ltd (CCHL) (NZX:CCH) is pleased to present its 2023 Annual Sustainable Finance Report. This follows the adoption of CCHL's Sustainable Finance Framework in October 2021. CCHL's Sustainable Finance Framework requires CCHL to confirm that its sustainable debt instruments continue to meet the criteria for "sustainable financing" under recognised Market Standards (primarily the "green" and "social" principles and guidelines issued by the International Capital Markets Association). CCHL is publishing its second Annual Sustainable Finance Report (including independent external assurance) confirming that its 2021 NZ Fixed Rate Sustainability Bond (listed on the NZX Debt Market as CCH030) still qualifies as sustainable under the Market Standards.
