Greenfern Industries Limited (NZX: GFI) Market Update

On 31 August 2023, GFI advised that it was awaiting delivery of a replacement protection unit to enable repair and re-commissioning of its hydro power station. This was expected to occur during September. Unfortunately, the required parts have only just been received and installation and testing are now scheduled for the first two weeks of October. GFI will update the market when the facility is returned to operational status. GFI's primary focus is currently on completing the first harvest from its commercial cultivation facility which is due to commence next week. If all goes to plan this will enable GFI to dispatch the first export consignment under its existing offtake agreement in late December or January. After that harvest and dispatches are scheduled on an 8 to 9 weekly cycle. END.
