BNZ announces changes to its Board

Exchange announcement 30 October 2023 BNZ announces changes to its Board Bank of New Zealand (BNZ) announced today the appointments of Nathan Goonan as a non-executive director and Emma Gray as an independent, non-executive director. Both appointments are effective 1 November 2023. BNZ also announced today that Gary Lennon is retiring as a director of BNZ, effective 31 October 2023. Mr Lennon joined the BNZ Board on 1 May 2019 and has been a member of the BNZ Board and the BNZ Board Risk and Compliance Committee. BNZ Chairman, Doug McKay, ONZM, thanked Mr Lennon for his service to BNZ and said he was delighted to welcome both Ms Gray and Mr Goonan on behalf of the BNZ Board.
