Distribution Notice - Update Thursday 23rd November 2023 This is an update to the Distribution Notice issued by Smartshares Limited for this ETF on 22 November 2023. The Distribution Notice issued on 22 November 2023 is unchanged however Smartshares wishes to clarify that this distribution does not involve any taxable bonus issue of units or any unit cancellation. You must be a registered security holder of the ETF on the Record Date to be eligible for this distribution. The Distribution Reinvestment Plan is available to all registered holders, elections must be made by 5pm on the Record Date.
